Person Search/Social Security Trace

We use this product to identify previous addresses and alias names, and determine where and when the social security number was issued. This information is required to conduct an accurate criminal history background check.

This product does not validate that your applicant’s name is associated with the SSN provided. It simply confirms the date and state of issue from SSA records. Other products should be used to match the SSN to your applicant.

CDLIS

The Commercial Drivers License Information System (CDLIS) is a national database administered by the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA). With 100% participation by all states, the CDLIS database seeks to ensure that each commercial driver holds a single drivers license.

A CDLIS from Compass helps employers and their agents to be compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association (FMCSA) requirements. It also indicates whether a potential employee holds a commercial license in another state and identifies if and where additional MVRs should be requested.

MVR Driver Monitoring

This is a pointer/notification system. It monitors each driver on a daily, weekly or monthly basis (state dependent), and sends email notifications regarding changes in the status of the license. When changes are identified, InCheck will run a MVR to confirm and report the changes.
